3. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United Kingdom. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and any area where prohibited by law.
   2. At the time of entry, each entrant must be the legal age of majority in their country, province or state of legal residence.
   3. Officers, directors and employees of atResume.com together with their immediate family and household members whether related or not are not eligible. Immediate family members are defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse regardless of where they reside.
   4. Residents of any country subject to US embargo and employees of any government entity are not eligible to enter.
   5. Entrants must have valid identification and valid email address to enter.
   6. Entrants must certify that each entry is wholly original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and right holder of the submitted Entry and that they have the right to submit the entry in the contest.
   7. Entries must not infringe on any 3rd party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation.
   8. The Contest Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest whom they believe to be abusing the Contest Rules. Such abuse includes but is not limited to entering false information and entering more than one entry per household.
      
      
4. CONTEST PERIOD
   1. The contest submission period begins on October 23, 2007 and ends on December 31, 2007 at midnight Hawaii Standard Time.
   2. All entries must be received during the contest submission period.
   3. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable entries or any entries that are not received within the submission period.
   4. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or cancel this Contest at any time at its sole discretion. If contest is cancelled, Sponsor may select winners from among the eligible entries received prior to the cancellation date.
      
5. HOW TO ENTER
   1. To enter the contest, entrants must submit either a tip/piece of advice on how to better present yourself in a resume/job interview or an amusing anecdote about a job interview.
   2. Entries must be in English.
   3. Entries must be suitable for business use. Entries that are lewd, obscene pornographic, disparaging of Sponsor or otherwise contain objectional material may be disqualified in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
   4. All entries must be original creations
   5. You may submit multiple entries. Each entry should be submitted separately with the required entry information.
      
6. OWNERSHIP. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
   
7. JUDGING
   1. Eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor and Sponsor’s assigned judging committee.
   2. The judges will select one Grand Prize winner from all the eligible entries received.
   3. The Grand Prize winner will be the entrant who is judged to have submitted the best entry based on insight (in the case of tips) or humour (in the case of anecdotes).
   4. The decision of the judges shall be binding and final in all respects.
   5. The judging period will run from January 1 - February 1, 2008.
   6. The winners will be notified by email on or about February 1, 2008.
   7. Winners List will be posted on Sponsor’s website at:
      http://www.atresume.com/atresume/contest.asp.
   8. If Sponsor is unable to reach a winner within 48 hours, sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
   9. The winners may be required to submit valid identification to Sponsor, affidavit of eligibility and completed tax form as provided by Sponsor. This information must be returned with 7 days from receipt. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification.
      
8. SPONSOR. The Sponsor of the Contest is Docubay, Inc. 437 Jarvis Street, #201, Toronto, ON, Canada M4Y 2H1.
   
9. PRIZES.
   1. The Grand Prize winner will receive $100 USD.
   2. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   3. Judges reserve the right not to award the Grand Prize if it determines that no entry is qualified.
      
10. DISCLAIMER. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant or equipment or technical malfunction or a virus or any other reason, or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors.
    
11. RULES. For a copy of these Contest Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Docubay, Inc. 437 Jarvis Street, #201, Toronto, ON, Canada M4Y 2H1. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Contest Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. Requests for Contest Rules must be received by December 31, 2007.
    
12. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the judging process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By participating in this Contest, you hereby agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activities or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. You further agree to indemnify Sponsor from and against any third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising from or relating to this Contest.

This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Judges in awarding the Prizes, which decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants. Failure to comply with these Contest Rules may void the entrant’s rights to any Prize.
